17-year-old Morgan Harper began her career by singing to Katrina Survivors. All her proceeds that she earned from her concert went to them. After this charitable and admirable act, Harper began receiving invites to sing at churches and coffee houses.  She also won a spot on Lionsgate’s Film “Bratz” the movie where she plays an original song somewhere in the movie. In addition to her numerous achievements, Youtube has helped her to gain exposure right into television. Harper was recently on Fox5! She is currently a sophomore with a full music scholarship. Harper writes and composes her own music. Fans describe her as a “combination of Johnny Cash and Whitney Houston” and praise her for her “amazing voice.”
